Silverware Site Manager - Content Management Simplified
The Silverware Site Manager Web Content Management System (CMS) is the flagship of Mercury New Media’s Silverware family of products, providing a wide range of site management and reporting tools that simplify content management. As with all Silverware products, Silverware CMS is provided using a Software As A Service (SAAS) model affording short deployment time, little to no software installation and low capital cost.
Fast, Easy Page Management
With Silverware Site Manager, Mercury New Media clients can easily perform common site maintenance tasks, from editing page copy and creating new web pages, to managing website files and reviewing site contact information via a standard browser. Page components such as syndicated news stories, video players and photo galleries can also be easily added.
Powerful File Management
The Silverware file management tools are a key element of Silverware Site Manager. They facilitate access to site files and allow for the easy upload of new files (PDFs, images, etc.) to the digital repository. These files become available to Site Manager as targets of site links, inclusion in page layouts and are indexed for site searches.
Activity Reporting
A suite of activity reporting features is also built into Silverware Site Manager, allowing you to review overall site traffic and monthly activity:
- Data on page-level activity, file downloads and time spent - helps determine whether visitors are being exposed to your intended messages
- Site contact reporting (such as via online forms)
- Data retention, a standard element of the Silverware CMS

Granular Security and Permissions
Silverware Site Manager also provides for multiple administrative roles within its web-based interface and security model. For instance, a high level administrator could be allowed to edit site copy, upload files and review site contacts, while lower level administrators may only be allowed to review site activity. Because it’s your website, Silverware Site Manager gives you the choice.
